Adrian DeDomenico

Most recently Adrian was Senior Director of Finance at The Tides Center, where he led day-to-day financial operations for a fiscal sponsorship organization managing $400 million in annual activity across 140+ charitable projects with 1,000 staff in 45 states. The work was about building an administrative platform that let social-change leaders focus on mission rather than on finance.

Before that he spent twelve years at Oxfam America as Director of Business Planning and Analysis, leading FP&A for a global humanitarian organization, building Power BI dashboards that translated real-time data into executive decisions, and designing the standard operating procedures that scaled with the work.

Adrian currently serve as Treasurer for Amnesty International USA, a global human rights INGO with millions of supporters worldwide.

— BDO-certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP). The certification that grounds the finance work in current nonprofit accounting standards and audit-readiness practice.

— Corentus team coach trained. The Corentus Team Effectiveness framework is the methodology behind real-time team coaching embedded in actual work, not offsite simulation.

— Bridges Transition Model. The framework that informs how I guide organizations through structural change, recognizing that external change and internal transition aren't the same thing.

— AI-augmented workflow design. Practical experience designing workflows that uncover hidden capacity in manual processes, with the technical depth to architect across the stack (local models, Python automation, reporting layers).

Background

BS in Political Science from the University of Chicago, a diploma from Sciences Po (Paris), an EdM in International Education from Harvard, and an MPA in Nonprofit Management and International Development from Rutgers. Based in the Boston area.
