This site is an informational presence for Sagitas LLC, a nonprofit consulting practice operated by Adrian DeDomenico. The content describes our services, methodology, and approach. Reading it doesn't establish a client relationship — that only begins when both parties sign an engagement letter.
Engagement and fees
Sagitas LLC delivers consulting services under a written engagement letter that specifies scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Until a letter is signed by both parties, no professional services relationship exists. Engagement letters control over anything contradictory on this site.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, methodologies, frameworks — is owned by Sagitas LLC and protected by copyright. You may share short excerpts with attribution; commercial reproduction or republishing without written permission is not permitted.
Third-party services
This site links to and integrates with third-party services (Calendly for scheduling, LinkedIn for professional networking, Webflow for site infrastructure). Sagitas LLC is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sagitas LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with this site is to stop using it.
Governing law
