How we work
Sagitas works embedded in your team's actual work, scoped to the question in front of you, structured so your team owns the practice once we're done.
The roles
Every engagement is led by Adrian directly. He carries the diagnostic, the analysis, and the relationship with your leadership team from first conversation through to completion.
When specialist depth is called for beyond Adrian's primary practice, he draws on long-term collaborators he's worked alongside for years. Corentus brings advanced team coaching, Revol brings complex business transformation, and a network of senior finance practitioners — vetted by Adrian personally — brings audit, compliance, or FP&A reinforcement to engagements that call for it. The accountability and the client relationship stay with Adrian throughout.
Your team owns the execution. Adrian stays present in an advisory capacity through it, refining the work as it unfolds, helping navigate decisions, working alongside your team as the plan moves from draft to operation. The roadmap is one of several things you'll come away with, not the endpoint of the engagement.
How we show up
Sagitas works inside your team's real meetings, the board prep call, the executive committee, the close-cycle review. That's where decisions actually get made, where commitments quietly lose traction, and where the texture of the organization shows itself. Real intervention can only happen there.
When the work is financial assessment or workflow design, the same principle applies. Adrian observes the actual conversations as they unfold, as the close cycle as it runs, as reports are produced, and where the decisions stall.
Structure and scope
After a discovery conversation, Adrian typically proposes more than one option, either a tighter, more focused scope and a broader one. You can size the engagement to what your situation actually needs. Each option names the scope, the deliverables, the timeline, and the investment, so you can weigh value against fit and choose what's right for the work in front of you.
Engagements operate with clear endpoints. Where ongoing advisory support continues to deliver mutual value beyond the initial scope, Sagitas can move to a retainer arrangement, but only when both sides agree the continuation is earning its keep.
When Adrian recommends a tool, system, or another practitioner, the recommendation is independent. Sagitas operates without platform licenses, vendor commissions, or referral fees, which means a suggestion reflects only what fits your organization.
